BookPeople has worked with Sedgwick Communications for three years on our annual Love Your Bookshop Day campaign, a survey and report into Australian’s attitudes towards books, reading and imagination, and our 100th birthday celebration in 2024.

The team are incredible to work with – responsive, empathetic, professional, all delivered with a personal touch. They have delivered outsized media coverage for Love Your Bookshop Day, which has eluded us in recent times as the landscape is ever harder to navigate. Sedgwick Communications has achieved national television, radio and print stories for us, and managed highly successful influencer campaigns. Particularly noteworthy for me was Laura and Yvonne’s attendance at BookPeople’s National Conference.

This was an effort above and beyond expectations, demonstrating their commitment to understanding us as a client and delivering campaigns and advice with deep understanding of our organisational DNA. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
